Many lives were lost in Japan on March 11, 2011 due to a large number of reasons. Some were crushed beneath rubble and buildings, some couldn't escape the rising waters that flooded their country. The surviving Japanese community was threatened by a nuclear powerplant failure just hours later. Japan was lost and didn't have enough resources to help it's people.
Besides injuries and deaths, human minds were also greatly impacted. Many now suffer depression and anxiety because of the horrific scenes they wittnessed that tragic day in March. These humans saw things that no one deserves to see. Loved ones were lost and their belongings were washed away in either one quick movement or slowly and painfully.
